- Basic audition protocol with sign-ups, locations, presentation.

Where Do We Meet? Sessions held via Zoom or Facetime.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: All sessions can be rescheduled with more then 24 hours notice. Anything less then 24 hours is only rescheduled for emergencies and at my discretion. There are no refunds. (Please note: you must pay for your session to secure your slot.)

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You can reschedule your appointment at an agreed upon time with more then 24 hours notice. Under 24 hours, coaching sessions are only rescheduled at Kimberly's discretion. Once a session is paid for there is no refunds (please note: You must pay in order to secure your appointment slot.)
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
